What are the shipping and return policies?

  • Apart from in store pickup, items can be shipped via Ta-Q-Bin and SF Express local couriers. Delivery to a business address or pickup in any SF locations (or SF lockers) is $22 (free for orders over $300). Delivery to a residential address is $45. Free local delivery on orders $1500 or above. You will receive a shipping notification once the order is shipped. 
  • We use SF Express for delivery to China, Macao and Taiwan. Delivery fee will be collected by the courier upon delivery of the goods. Please send us an email if you'd like to know the cost of delivery before placing the order.
  • For rest of the world, we ship our products via Hong Kong Registered Post. Shipping is HK$150 (which is about US$20), delivery is 2-4 weeks after shipped.
  • We hope you are happy with our products. If you find that you must return an item, please let us know within 30 days of delivery. A full refund will be issued upon receiving the unwashed and unworn item.

 How long does it take for my order to be ready to ship?

  • Most of our products are made to order, please allow 7-10 business days for your oder to be ready for collection or delivery. If you need any item sooner, please do let us know, we will try our best to arrange it :)
    How are your products different from the others?
    • We use high quality materials. Our fabrics are imported from the US, UK and Korea. Our printed fabrics are 100% cotton which is one of the safest materials for children usage. We use Egyptian cotton sewing thread (Aurifil) for durability. All of these to ensure our products are stylish, practical and safe (not to mention, they are made with love as well ♥).

    How to take care of the embroidered items?

    • Hand wash or machine wash in garment bag in cold water (gentle cycle)
    • Use mild detergent (avoid using bleach)
    • Hang to dry
    • Warm heat iron if needed (place a cloth over the embroidery or iron the garment inside-out)
    • It is not recommended to wet embroidery prior to ironing or to use a steam iron 
    • Avoid washing embroidery item with rough items (metal zippers, metal buttons etc.)
    • For baby blankets, do not iron on the minky (the dimple dot side)
    Do you offer discount?
    • We do from time to time, please sign up to our mailing list so you will be able to get the first scoop of any updates and specials.
    Do you have any rewards program?
    • Yes, we do. We have newly launched a rewards program which allow you to accumulate points for special coupon codes. Please click on the Rewards Program tab for details.
    Can I use more than one coupon code for each purchase?
    • Only one coupon code can be used per transaction. But you are always accumulating points on each purchase. 
    How can I place my order?
    • Orders can be placed here online, via Facebook message, WhatsApp and of course in our store. 

       What are the payment methods?​​

      • We accept Visa, Master and Amex credit cards,  PayPal, bank transfer and payment via Payme App. 

       Where is your shop located?

      • Our shop is located in the heart of the city, Central,  G/F Lobby, Winning House, 10-16 Cochrane Street.
